Please note that there are two cohorts: the ECL community cohort and the ECL@Illinois cohort. Some information may be specific to each cohort.

Track Your Volunteer Hours

  • Please enter your volunteer activities. You may submit this form as many times as needed. Responses are not editable once submitted. 
  • In the Hours Volunteered field, please use whole numbers and round up to the nearest hour. 
  • You will get an automated email receipt upon submitting this form. You can use these emails to keep track of how many hours you have submitted.
  • FAQ's

Do you regularly volunteer at the same place? (Ex: mentoring once a week). Save yourself time by grouping a month or two's worth of hours on a single line. No need to track every date separately! Just omit the volunteer date.
