Director of Marketing & Communications
Sarah Buckman is the Director of Marketing and Communications at United Way of Champaign County. As a longtime retail marketing professional, local food educator, and food access advocate, Sarah has helped build several food access programs across Champaign County. Sarah also serves on the City of Urbana’s Arts and Culture Commission supporting local arts grants and programming across Champaign-Urbana. As a UIUC alum, Sarah enjoys living in Urbana with her husband, Natan and finding time to walk at Meadowbrook and grow her garden.
