United Way of Champaign County Awards Nearly $615,000 in Financial Security Grants to Strengthen Community
CHAMPAIGN COUNTY, IL – United Way of Champaign County (UWCC) is proud to award $614,987 in Financial Security Grants to 17 programs from 13 nonprofit agencies serving Champaign County. These investments support programs that help individuals and families build financial stability, secure safe housing, and achieve long-term economic success.
This fall, United Way of Champaign County is excited to launch the 2026 Equity Fund, a new rolling grant opportunity designed to support small nonprofits, grassroots organizations, and community-led programs that are making a meaningful difference in Champaign County.
